If you have a bug to report, it doesn’t matter what the software is, the developer needs the following info to figure out what’s going on:
1. What you did.
2. What you expected to happen.
3. What actually happened.
Exact error messages help too.
I’m getting my fill of chorizo.
The waitress I’ve been seeing has lost her desire for me.
I spoke with her last night: she said she won’t set herself on fire for me anymore.
You know the cops finally busted madam marie for telling fortunes better than they did.
You know this boardwalk life has got to go.
You gotta keep checking to see if you broke the app.
That’s what I am doing now.
Testing software is very tedious and repetitive. You end up typing the same string of characters over and over just to humor the software. You hope, each time you do it that you fixed the last problem, without creating a whole bunch of new ones.
I just added a category, let’s see if it picks it up.
